PURPOSE: A service sequence informing terminal is provided to receive a mobile phone number when a customer gets a waiting number ticket and to send a text using an SMS(Short Message Service) to a mobile phone of the customer when waiting time is almost finished, thereby raising the utilization of the waiting time of the customer. CONSTITUTION: A service sequence informing terminal includes a waiting number dispenser (4), a display unit (2), an embedded module, and a data transmitting and receiving device. The waiting number dispenser prints a waiting number, and the display unit displays the number of waiting people. A touch screen (3) receives a terminal number of a customer if the waiting people are too many. The embedded module processes comparison operation of a service sequence and the waiting number of the customer from time to time and obtains the waiting number of the customer who is about to receive service. The data transmitting and receiving device sends the service sequence to an inputted terminal number of the customer using a SMS when the waiting time of the customer is finished. |
