FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: laminated panel for making a building wall comprises an outer facing board, an inner wall board and a fastening structure arranged between the outer facing board and the inner wall board, and at least partially submerged into a polymer foam material. The polymer foam material is a polyurethane foam material and has density exceeding 30 kg/m. Besides, the fastening structure comprises a metal frame, comprising at least two side stands, an upper crossbeam and a lower crossbeam. At the same time in the fastening structure there is at least one mineral wool panel.
