<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telecommunication system and a telecommunication method capable of avoiding outstanding data transmission interruption or delay. <P>SOLUTION: When shifting from a first packet radio network to a second packet radio network (S1), a mobile node (31) generates a service level identifier (37) for representing request priority, the identifier being granted to an internet packet communicated to and from the mobile node(S2). Also the mobile node generates an associating update internet packet (35) for providing a care-of address for the mobile node and an instruction of a service level identifier in the associating update internet packet (S2), and communicates the associating update internet data packet to a home agent of the mobile node (S3). In response to the associating update, the home agent recognizes the service level identifier (S4), and communicates the internet packet (S5) on the basis of the request priority represented by the service level identifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
