<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of adjusting an optical axis direction, a direction perpendicular to an optical axis and an inclination to the optical axis about fixed lens holding members for holding a fixed lens group, and a lens unit. <P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a reference cylinder 5, first and second fixed lens holding members 46, 47, three tip tapered screws 61 and three head tapered screws 62 as a first adjustment member, and three head contact screws 71 and three tip contact screws 72 as a second adjustment member. The tip tapered screws 61 and the head contact screws 71 adjust the position of the first fixed lens holding member 46 with respect to the reference cylinder 5, and the head tapered screws 62 and the tip contact screws 72 adjust the position of the second fixed lens holding member 47 with respect to the reference cylinder 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
