BACKLIGHT MODULE AND LCD DEVICE

A backlight module (1) and an LCD device (3) thereof are provided. The backlight module (1) includes a light source device (12), a radiating device (14) and a back plate (16). The radiating device (14) is arranged between the light source device (12) and the back plate (16), and respectively contacts with the light source device (12) and the back plate (16). The light source device (12) comprises multiple point light sources (122) and a printed circuit board (124). Multiple point light sources (122) are respectively arranged on the printed circuit board (124). The radiating device (14) comprises a radiating main body (142) and multiple radiating units (144). The back plate (16) comprises multiple openings (162) through which multiple radiating units (144) respectively pass. The radiating units (144) are formed on the radiating main body (142) and exposed outside by the openings (162) of the back plate (16). The backlight module (1) and the LCD device (3) improve the radiating efficiency.
