The invention relates to engine building and can be used in power-plant engineering, locomotive engineering, shipbuilding, aviation, and tractor and automotive engineering. The engine comprises a stationary hollow housing, a rotor with four radial grooves, four vanes, steam feed elements, de Laval nozzles, steam discharge elements, and also, connected in sequence: a steam condenser, a water tank, a high-pressure steam generator, a steam receiver, and a steam distributor controlled by a controller. The inside surface of the housing is cylindrical. The vanes are mounted in the grooves so that they are able to move therein and the working edges of the vanes are able to slide over the inside surface of the housing. The steam feed elements are positioned radially in the housing. The de Laval nozzles are mounted in the housing such as to be inclined towards the radius of the rotor so that the axis of each de Laval nozzle is oriented in the direction of the corresponding tangent to the cylindrical surface of the rotor. The inlets of the condenser are connected to the outlets of the steam discharge elements. The outlets of the steam distributor are connected to the inlets of the steam feed elements and to the inlets of the de Laval nozzles. Aim: to increase engine capacity at high rotor rotation speeds. |
