<p>The present invention relates to a relay-driving apparatus for adaptively controlling the magnitude of the driving power being applied to an excitation coil of a relay apparatus. The relay-driving apparatus comprises: a relay switch for opening/closing the circuit by means of an on/off operation of a contact terminal; an excitation coil for turning on/off the contact terminal of the relay switch in accordance with the magnetic force generated upon the application of driving power; a voltage/current control unit for varying the driving voltage applied to the excitation coil according to the state of operation of the relay switch and outputting the varied driving voltage; and a driving switch for opening/closing the wiring between the excitation coil and the voltage/current control unit according to the control of a driving switch control unit.</p> |
