STEEL FIBER FABRIC FILTERS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A steel fiber fabric filter with a non woven fabric and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to be excellent in intensity and efficiency at a temperature of over 300°C and be effectively used as a filter for removing exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A steel fiber fabric filter comprises a non woven fabric comprising several web layers which comprise steel monofilament and a scream which is equipped in the gap of web layers as a steel fiber. A manufacturing method of the steel fiber fabric filter comprises the following steps. A steel monofilament is mixed, be carried out in carding and formed in web. The several webs are crossed and layered and the scream is inserted the gap of the webs to form a steel fiber of the web and the scream. The still fiber is connected by the method of spunlace to form a non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is heated to be fixed.
