<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which allows improvement in heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 31 includes a display device 5, a housing 4, a heat generating component and a fan. The housing storing the display device has an upper wall 11 on which an aperture 11a where a display screen 17 is exposed is provided, a first bottom wall 12 separated from the display screen by a first distance, a second bottom wall 13 separated from the display screen by a second distance which is larger than the first distance, an inclined part 14 located between the first bottom wall and the second bottom wall and a side wall 38 with an exhaust hole 42 provided between the upper and the second bottom walls.
