Provided is a heat-resistant alloy having properties such as proof strength and hardness that allow substances with higher melting points than before to be joined. This heat-resistant alloy consists primarily of a first phase containing a molybdenum or tungsten metal phase and also has a second phase containing a Mo-Si-B alloy and a third phase containing titanium carbonitride, with the remainder consisting of unavoidable compounds and unavoidable impurities.
