The drying system has a heater which is located in a drum to allow air to flow. A switch is provided for the heater to switch the temperature inside the drum to a preset value. A controller reduces the heat delivered if it is determined based on the switching on a preset duration that it exceeds a preset value. A storage unit captures and forwards the value to the controller. The controlling switch is an electrically insulated opt coupler. An independent claim is included for a method for controlling a drying system. |
