FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed casting ladle comprises vessel, refractory lining layer with through holes, and gate. Vessel hole features diameter larger than that of refractory lining layer, the vertical axes being misaligned. Aforesaid gate comprises support elements secured at vessel bottom around the hole, refractory moving disc with hole displaced from its vertical rotational axis, and turntable with hole. Said disc is arranged in vessel through hole to turn about its vertical axis to make it aligned with that of refractory lining layer. Turntable is mounted at support elements and connected with refractory moving disc so that through hole is aligned with that of refractory moving disc. Said disc can displace upward while refractory moving disc is coupled with turntable. Spring is arranged between refractory moving disc and turntable.EFFECT: reduced wear of gate sliding surfaces, better reparability, easier maintenance.3 cl, 2 dwg |
