A table saw includes a table top having an opening configured to receive a saw blade, and a motor positioned under the table top and configured to rotate the saw blade about an axis of rotation. The saw blade includes a midline that extends through the saw blade at the axis of rotation and is perpendicular with respect to the table top when the saw blade is perpendicular with respect to the table. A blade case is positioned under the table top that includes a blade chamber defined by a first wall on one side of the blade, a second wall on an opposite side of the blade, and a third wall along an outer perimeter of the blade chamber. At least one dust deflector positioned within the blade chamber between the axis of rotation and the third wall of the blade chamber that extends through the midline. |
