<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 100 has an electrolyte film 11 and a MEA 14 having electrode layers 12 and 13 provided on both sides of the electrolyte film 11. The MEA 14 includes a metal and/or compounds 20 for decomposing hydrogen peroxide.
