The wheel (1) has a small plate (4) and a rolling pin (5) made of molded plastics material and assembled on a balance shaft (2). The balance shaft includes a stiffening flange (6) that is molded on the small plate, where the flange is a separate component threaded on the shaft. The flange includes a support surface for a rim (7) on the shaft, where the rim is molded together with the small plate and the rolling pin on the shaft and on the flange. The rolling pin projects radially with respect to a body (8) extending from the small plate in an axial direction of the wheel.
