PURPOSE: A low speed centrifugal dehydration apparatus is provided to be able to obtain a high efficiency at a low cost due to the integrated effect of compression dehydration in addition to the centrifuge. CONSTITUTION: A low speed centrifugal dehydration apparatus comprises a fixed frame (100); a first casing (200) which is installed within the fixed frame; a first drum screen (210) which is installed within the first casing in a rotatable manner; a first axis (120); a rotating cylinder (230) which is installed within the first drum screen and fixed to the penetrated first axis, and has a sludge outlet; multiple scrappers which scrap the inner periphery of the first drum screen; a second axis; a second casing (300) which is installed in parallel with the first casing; a second drum screen (310) which is fixed within the second casing; a fixture (500) in a spoke form; and a screw press (610) for feeding which is installed within the second drum screen in a rotatable manner. The first axis is a tube type so that the source water is supplied, penetrates into the first drum screen while rotated in connection with a driving source, and is fixed to the first drum screen as one body. The second axis rotates and supports the opposite end of the first axis of the rotating cylinder. A bearing structure in which the second axis is bonded to the fixture comprises a double bearing structure. A screw shaft which rotates the screw press for feeding is positioned on the same straight line of the second axis. The rotation of the screw shaft and the second axis is conducted by separate driving sources, and the rotating speed of the screw shaft is slower than the second axis. A third casing (400) is equipped on the opening of the second casing which is opposite to the first casing. A pressure control plate (620) elastically sealing the opening with a spring is installed in the third casing.
