PHOSPHOROUS-DOPED NICKEL NANO-PARTICLES AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Phosphorus-doped nickel nanoparticles and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to efficiently manufacture nickel nanoparticles doped with high concentration of phosphorus by using a reducing agent containing phosphorus as both a reducing agent to a nickel solution and a doping material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of phosphorus-doped nickel nanoparticles includes the following steps of: mixing a nickel solution, seed particles, and a reducing agent in the predetermined order; and adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution with acid within 3 to 7. The nickel solution contains a nickel compound and a solvent, and the reducing agent contains phosphorus. The seed particles are transmission metals containing one or more selected from Pd, Ru, Pt, Ag, and Co.
