PURPOSE: A non-odor processing system of organic waste water and sewage using concentrated culture sludge is provided to decrease the load of a culture tub by supplying sludge which has reduced volume by a concentrator to the culture tub, and decrease the entire volume of the processing facilities and the load of each facility after the culture tub. CONSTITUTION: A non-odor processing system of organic waste water and sewage using concentrated culture sludge comprises: a pre-treatment means, a biological-advanced treatment means, and a post-treatment means. The biological-advanced treatment means comprises: a biological reaction tub, a first concentrator, and a culture tub. A concentrated sludge produced by the first concentrator is cultured in the culture tub and supplied in a form of concentrated culture sludge. The concentrated culture sludge is supplied to the biological reaction tub. A sludge mixing tub which mixes the concentrated culture sludge supplied by the biological advanced treatment means, and raw sludge discharged from a first sedimentation basin of the pre-treatment means, is equipped in the pre-treatment means. A dehydrated cake generating means which produces the concentrated culture sludge in a form of dehydrated cake, is equipped in the post-treatment means. A second concentrator is equipped in the post-treatment means to concentrate the raw sludge supplied to the first sedimentation basin. The raw sludge concentrated by the second concentrator is mixed with the concentrated culture sludge passed through the culture tub in the sludge mixing tub. A ground type or an underwater type reactor is equipped in the biological reaction tub, the culture tub, or both of them. [Reference numerals] (AA) Waste water; (BB) Discharge
