HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE WITH MINISKEINS IN MINIHEADERS HAVING A ZIG-ZAG CONFIGURATION

PURPOSE: A hollow fiber membrane module and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to enhance cleaning efficiency of contaminants with miniskeins and prevent a hollow fiber membrane from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A hollow fiber membrane module comprises several polymerization hollow fiber membranes for filtering. The module comprises an upper header which is distant from an aerator box(12) of which surface is 35% larger than the surface of the header and at least four mini miniskeins(20). The upper header and aerator box are extended in the same direction and each miniskein comprises a lower mini header which is in the box. The miniskein is distant from the lower mini header and comprises 10-250 fixed fibers(11). The lower mini header is arranged at 1-20 angles against the longitudinal aerator box and is zigzag formed.
