PURPOSE: A method for heating resin, and an apparatus for heating resin are provided to remove the moisture and gas by adding a filler capable of adsorbing moisture and gas such as zeolite etc., thereby preventing change and thermal transformation of the resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for heating resin comprises the steps of injecting a filler having a micro pore structure for adsorbing and removing moisture and gas generated during a melting process of resin. The step of injecting the filler includes a step of heating the filler. An apparatus for heating resin comprises: a melting tank(100) heating and melting the resin; and a filler heating unit(200) supplying the filler to the melting tank in a state of being heated.
