PURPOSE: An inclined piston valve of a shock absorber is provided to desensitize the sense of difference by reducing the inclination of damping when opening a valve disk and to obtain degressive damping properties when moving a piston rod in middle and high speed. CONSTITUTION: An inclined piston valve of a shock absorber inserts and fastens a compression valve device, a piston body(21), and a rebound valve device into the tip end of a piston rod(13) in order by using a nut(29). The compression valve device, piston body, and rebound valve device are inclined and installed at a predetermined angle with respect to the central axial line of the piston rod.
