PURPOSE: A method for trapping ginger oil is provided to provide ginger oil with soft and long term-lasting ginger scent, by usingβ-cyclodextrin to prevent hot taste of ginger oil from being strongly trapped. CONSTITUTION: A method for trapping ginger oil usingβ-cyclodextrin comprises a step of manufacturingβ-cyclodextrin aqueous solution by addingβ-cyclodextrin to distilled water(S110); a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing theβ-cyclodextrin aqueous solution and ginger oil(S120); and a step of trapping ginger oil in theβ-cyclodextrin while rotating the mixture(S130). In the step manufacturing theβ-cyclodextrin,β-cyclodextrin is added to distilled water with a mixing ratio of 1:60.
