PURPOSE: A concrete speeding prevention device is provided to prevent a road and a speed bump from being separated or being damaged due to driving of a vehicle by being stably integrated with road pavement. CONSTITUTION: A concrete speeding prevention device comprises an electric control panel device(100), an embedded precast speed bump(200), and a concave-convex device(300). The electric control panel device comprises an electric panel(101), a sunlight module(102), an inverter device(103), a storage battery(104), a timer(105), and a power supply device(106). The embedded precast speed bump comprises an LED lamp device(210), a chemical anchor device(400), and a mortar injection device(500). The concave-convex device comprises a square-shaped concave-convex unit(301), the chemical anchor device, and the mortar injection device.
