PURPOSE: An achievement inferring method and a device thereof are provided to improve the satisfaction of participants by allocating an evaluator for maximizing achievements of evaluated people through an analysis of personal information. CONSTITUTION: An achievement inferring device extracts data related to writing documents of evaluated people and data related to an evaluator of the documents(310). The device selects properties of the data related to the evaluator and the evaluated people(320). The device removes data which cannot be used for achievement inference(330). The device generates personal information of the evaluator and the evaluated people(340). The device infers achievements of the evaluated people(350).
