PURPOSE: A wiper device for a vehicle is provided to prevent deformation and damage to a link tool and prevent the burning of a wiper motor. CONSTITUTION: A wiper device for a vehicle comprises a bottom pivot shaft(10), a top pivot shaft(20), and a shaft holder(30). The bottom of the bottom pivot shaft is coupled to a link lever(3) rotated by the power of a wiper motor so that the bottom pivot shaft can rotate. A coupling protrusion(11) is protruded from the top of the bottom pivot shaft. The top pivot shaft is placed on the top of the bottom pivot shaft. A coupling groove(21) fitted in the coupling protrusion is formed at the bottom of the top pivot shaft. An arm head(5) is coupled to the top of the top pivot shaft. The shaft holder prevents the separation of the bottom pivot shaft and the top pivot shaft.
