LENS APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING OBJECT AND MACHINE VISION SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An object inspection lens device and a machine vision system are provided to actively manage to color variation of illumination light varying with a type and a purpose of an object by having a converter lens group and to remarkably improve efficiency of a system. CONSTITUTION: A machine vision system includes an illumination device(10), a lens device(20), a solid-state imaging device(30), and a failure judgment device(40). The illumination device is arranged in one side of the machine vision system and irradiates a light of monochrome or two colors as illumination light. The lens device receives the light reflected from a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and forms an image with respect to the PCB on the solid-state imaging device. The lens device includes a basic lens group and a converter lens group. The converter lens group is arranged in an object side of the first lens group(G1). The solid-state imaging device converts light received by the lens device into an electrical signal. The failure judgment device compares the reference data with the data received from the solid-state imaging device. [Reference numerals] (40) Failure judgment device
