PURPOSE: A horizontal screen type vacuum drum concentrator is provided to maximize the efficiency of dehydration and to simplify facilities by omitting a separate pre-dehydration process. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal screen type vacuum drum concentrator includes a coagulation reactor(100) and a drum concentrator(200). The coagulation reactor includes a coagulation chamber(110), a fixed frame, a stirring motor(130), a stirring shaft(132), and a plurality of stirring paddles(140) installed on the stirring shaft. The drum concentrator includes a chamber(210), an impeller(230), a first drum screen(240), a first driving motor(250), a second drum screen(242), a horizontal screen(500), a second driving motor(252), a sludge discharging hopper(260), and a treated water discharging hopper(270). A discharging chamber(150) is arranged at one side of the coagulation chamber. A spiral-shaped discharging guide(160) is vertically arranged in the discharging chamber. Lower sides of the discharging chamber and the concentrator chamber are connected. A vertical screen(220) is installed at one side of the concentrator chamber. A plurality of vacuum sucking pipes(280, 282) is installed at the inner side of the first and second drum screens and the lower side of the horizontal screen.
