PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing pellets is provided to increase the thermal calories of the pellets and to accelerate the ignition of the pellets by arranging oil in the pellets and smoothening the surface of the pellets. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing pellets comprises a cylindrical housing(110), a disk die(120), a plurality of pressurizing rollers(130), and a driving part(150). A receiving space is arranged in the housing. An inlet(111) and an outlet(113) are arranged at the housing. A plurality of extrusion holes(123) downwardly passes through the disk die. The disk die is rotatably installed on a rotary shaft(121) in the internal horizontal direction of the housing. The upper side of the disk die is upwardly slanted around the rotary shaft in a circumferential direction. The pressurizing rollers are bearing-combined with a fixing shaft(131). The fixing shaft is perpendicular to the rotary shaft. The driving part rotates the disk die. |
