PURPOSE: An outside handle cover of a vehicle is provided to allow a user to easily detach a handle cover body with a simple operation and to provide an excellent exterior by hiding a connection unit formed between a door casing and a handle cover body in a door panel. CONSTITUTION: An outside handle cover of a vehicle comprises a door lock casing(100) and a handle cover body(110). The door lock casing is adjacently arranged in an outer handle which opens the door of a vehicle. The handle cover body is detachably connected to the upper surface of the door lock casing by a medium of a connection unit.
