PURPOSE: A backlight unit, a display apparatus using the same, and a lighting system including the same are provided to improve appearance by omitting the adhesive for fixing a second reflecting part to a bottom cover and preventing a screw part from not being protruded from the bottom cover. CONSTITUTION: A bottom cover(600) supports a second reflecting part(300). At least one fixing part fixes the second reflecting part to the bottom cover. A pair of fastening rings(710A,710B) of the fixing part is inserted into holes(302A,302B) of the second reflecting part. The fastening rings are protruded from the inner part of the bottom cover towards a first direction.
