MUTANTS HAVING A HIGH PRODUCING ABILITY OF 4-HYDROXYBUTYRATE AND PREPARING METHOD FOR 4-HYDROXYBUTYRATE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A mutant microorganism with high productivity of 4-hydroxybutyric acid is provided to obtain 4-hydroxybutyric acid in high yields. CONSTITUTION: A mutant microorganism with high productivity of 4-hydroxybutyric acid is prepared by amplifying one or more selected from a group consisting of: a gene(cat 1) encoding CoA transferase related to biosynthesis of 4-hydroxybutyric acid; a gene(sucCD) encoding succinyl-CoA synthetase; a gene(sucD) encoding CoA-dependent succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenasel; and a gene(4hbD or yqhD) encoding 4-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase. A method for preparing 4-hydroxybutyric acid comprises a step of culturing the mutant microorganism and generating and collecting 4-hydroxybutyric acid.
