The upper suction bar and the second lower suction bar move forwards or backwards and individually comprise elevating bars(31,41) and a vacuum type suction plate(32,42). The first forward movement unit and the second forward movement unit are individually connected to the first and a second upper suction bar and an upper part or a lower part body unit and move the first and the second suction bar forwards or backwards when the upper part or the lower part body unit is stopped or moves the upper or the lower body part when the first and the second upper suction bar are stopped. The rotation unit rotates the lower part body unit when the upper part body unit is stopped and rotates the upper part body unit when the lower part body unit is stopped. The control valve opens or closes from the vacuum pump to a first vacuum type suction plate or a second vacuum type suction plate.</p>
