<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a charging amount into battery cells deteriorated individually during charging and equalization and to achieve prolongation of life of the battery cells, in a battery charging amount controlling for each batteries in a battery pack in which a plurality of battery cells are connected each other. <P>SOLUTION: A cell balance circuit 103 controls a balance of voltage and a charging amount of a battery cell 102 by discharging charges from one or more battery cells 102 and charging discharged charges to one or more other than battery cells 102. A cell charging control amount determining part 106 determines a charging control amount corresponding to each battery cell 102 by referring map data which is the results of calculations of charging voltage from a charging start, charging time to the charge end and calorific value, based on voltage, temperature and current monitored by a battery cell monitoring part 104 every battery cells 102. A cell balance control circuit part 106 drives the cell balance circuit 103 so that the charging control amount of each battery 102 does not exceed a determined charging control amount during charging of each battery 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
