<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trough type solar heat collector for condensing solar light to a heat collection pipe arranged at the front of a curved mirror by using the curved mirror, heating a liquid flowing in the heat collection pipe and configured to prevent breakage of the curved mirror due to vortex induced vibrations. <P>SOLUTION: The trough type solar heat collector prevents breakage of the curved mirror due to the vortex induced vibrations even when higher survival wind speed specifications are required for the collector, by providing, on an outer edge part of the curved mirror in a direction in which a curvature of a curved surface shape of the curved mirror is changed, a vortex control means for controlling the flow of a vortex generated at the outer edge part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
