<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting tool capable of opening/closing an opening of a bag, which can easily and stably hold an opening end of the bag and can more simply and repetitively open/close the opening; and the bag having the fitting tool attached thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The fitting tool 10 has a belt-like first base material 11 and a second base material 12. A male fitting portion 13 and a first internal protruding portion 15 are provided on an internal surface 11a of the first base material 11, and a female fitting portion 14 and a second internal protruding portion 17 are provided on an internal surface 12a of the second base material 12. A first external protruding portion 16 is provided, on an external surface 11b of the first base material 11, between the first internal protruding portion 15 and the male fitting portion 13. A second external protruding portion 18 is provided, on an external surface 12b of the second base material 12, between the second internal protruding portion 17 and the female fitting portion 14.
