<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and efficient leaching-preventing agent which can reduce the concentrations of fluorine, boron, arsenic, and selenium as toxic substances contained in waste to below the soil environmental standards and to provide, in particular, a leaching-preventing agent which, even when a plurality of such toxic substances coexist in waste, can insolubilize them within a short time and suppresses the re-leaching of the toxic substances after being insolubilized. <P>SOLUTION: The leaching-preventing agent, which prevents the leaching of fluorine, boron, arsenic, and selenium from waste, comprises calcium aluminate, aluminum sulfate, lime, and an alkali metal phosphate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
