PURPOSE: A smart home server operating system and an operating method thereof are provided to collect user content files by analyzing a photographed face and a recorded voice of a user based on content files. CONSTITUTION: A content file is received from an external terminal building a keyword database storing keyword information corresponding to users(201). The voice recognition of the content file is performed(202). The keyword information related to the content file is extracted from the keyword database based on a result of the voice recognition. The extracted keyword information is set as a tag of the content file. If the tag of the content file is set, the content file is classified into personal data of a user corresponding to the keyword information(204).
