PURPOSE: An optical axis controlling apparatus of a camera module is provided to adjust a central axis of an image sensor, a longitudinal axis and a horizontal axis of a lens holder precisely, thereby producing the camera module for a special use without a fault. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(10) is located on an upper side of a jig plate(100). A tilting unit(110) tilts the jig plate around an image formation surface of the image sensor. In order to locate a chart(120) in a fixed distance from the upper side of the jig plate, the chart is arranged. A cross line of the chart is prepared in a side which faces the image sensor.
