<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-tight door which enables a large-sized carry-in port to be closed such that the carry-in port is in a water-tight state. <P>SOLUTION: A water-tight door 10 includes: outside door bodies 12a, 12b and inside door bodies 14a, 14b for opening and closing a large-sized carry-in port 100 formed in a building; and packings 20 interposed between the edge of the large-sized carry-in port 100 and the outside door bodies 12a, 12b, and the edge of the large-sized carry-in port 100 and the inside door bodies 14a, 14b, and bringing the edge and the door bodies to a water-tight state when the outside door bodies 12a, 12b and the inside door bodies 14a, 14b are closed. The outside door bodies 12a, 12b and the inside door bodies 14a, 14b are biparting doors and each of the door bodies has an inclined plane at its tip which is opposite to the other tip when the door bodies are closed.
