PURPOSE: A femtocell service providing method and a device thereof are provided to independently offer a service without using a mobile communication service provider network for a user terminal located within a service area of a femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A femtocell service database(300) stores user terminal information and femtocell service information. A femto base station management server(200) confirms user terminal information receiving a femtocell service request in the database. The femto base station obtains femtocell service information by using the confirmed information of the user terminal. The femto base station management server transmits the obtained information of the user terminal and the femtocell service information to the femto base station.
