RADIO CONTROL DEVICE, CONNECTION DESTINATION CHANGEOVER METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a bad influence on communication quality and service in a second RAT (Radio Access Technology) when notification information transmitted with a release redirection control signal does not correspond with latest notification information in the second RAT in the case that a radio control device of a first RAT transmits the release redirection control signal instructing to change over a connection destination to the second RAT with the notification information in the second RAT to a communication terminal.

SOLUTION: A radio control device determines a call type of a communication terminal and transmits a release redirection control signal to the communication terminal. When the call type is a general call, the release redirection control signal not including notification information is transmitted to the communication terminal. When the call type is an important communication call, the release redirection control signal including the notification information is transmitted to the communication terminal.
