<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device having improved reliability, a method of manufacturing the valve device, and a method of repairing the valve device. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a valve device includes a valve rod 9 as a movable member, which is operated with the opening and closing of a valve, and a bushing as a stationary member, which contacts slidably with the valve rod 9. A built-up part 11 is integrally provided on the slidably contacting part of at least either one of the valve rod 9 and the bushing 10. The built-up part 11 is formed by welding and depositing an electrode material on the surface of a treated part by generating pulsed discharge between an electrode structured with a metal-based molding and the treated part of the valve rod 9 or the bushing 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
