<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of converting the plug itself of an AC cord without using a conversion plug, and adapting it to the area of a user area without using the conversion plug. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary AC plug 10 includes a columnar plug base 40 for connection with an AC cord 99, and a cylindrical outer casing 30 disposed relatively rotatably above the plug base 40 and housing a plug 60. Four types of first through fourth plugs 61-64 are housed as the plug 60.
