<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation tool in which an article having various shapes is enveloped desirably so that the whole of the article can be cooled uniformly. <P>SOLUTION: Two flexible synthetic resin sheets 1a, 1b are brought into close contact with each other. Many long chambers are arranged in parallel in one direction between the two synthetic resin sheets. The long chamber is formed in such a manner that the periphery of the long chamber is sealed to form sealed parts 7 for forming a long chamber. An injection opening for injecting a cold insulation material 9 into the long chamber is arranged in the sealed part for forming the long chamber. The cold insulation material of the amount enough to be packed in one small chamber is injected into the deepest part of the long chamber from the injection opening and then sealed parts 13 for a small chamber partition in a direction traversing the respective long chambers are formed so that the small chambers 15 each packed with the cold insulation material are formed in the deepest part of the long chambers. Then, the small chambers each packed with the cold insulation material are formed successively in the long chamber in the same manner.
