PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a package tray for a vehicle utilizing recycled PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate) resin is provided to reduce manufacturing time and the number of processes and to improve the degree of freedom of design using low pressure injection. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a package tray for a vehicle utilizing recycled PET resin comprises the following steps: a step of spraying steam to one side of a material by charging the material(110) and using a steam sprayer(2); a step of clamping the material to a lower mold(3) and separating an upper mold(4) from the one side of the material at a predetermined gap; and a step of injecting the PET resin(120) on the material through the low pressure injection, molding the package tray(100), and extracting the package tray. |
