<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive coupling device in which a connection object is unequivocally determined in drive transmission of a rotating body. <P>SOLUTION: Rugged portions to be fitted to each other by causing circular engagement surfaces to face each other are formed along peripheral edge parts of engagement surfaces of couplings 1 and 2. When a recessed shape of the rugged portions is defined as 1 and a projecting shape is defined as 0, one circumference is formed in accordance with M-series pseudo random numbers of 15 bits of periodic 1 or 0. With respect to the coupling 1, the rugged portion is formed from a portion indicated by an arrow c, as the start point, in a counterclockwise direction indicated by an arrow d in accordance with pseudo random numbers of bit array "000100110101111". With respect to the coupling 2, a relation of 0 and 1 of projecting and recessed shapes is opposite to that of the coupling 1 because the rugged portions are engaged with each other when recessed shapes and projecting shapes of the coupling 2 corresponds to projecting shapes and recessed shapes of the coupling 1 respectively, and a bit array for the rugged portion of the coupling 2 is "111011001010000", and the rugged portion is formed from a portion indicated by an arrow e, as the start point, in a clockwise direction indicated by an arrow f in accordance with this bit array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
