<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe with a blade for generation of a swirling flow, which makes a swirling-direction flow generated in water flowing down while keeping a flow velocity in a pipeline constant. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe 1 with an agitating blade, which includes a cylindrical pipe body 2 and a plurality of blade bodies 8, 8... protrusively provided on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe body 2, makes a swirling-direction flow generated in a fluid flowing down in the pipe body 2.
