METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEARCHING FILE BY USING TAG-GRAPH

PURPOSE: A file search device using a tag graph and a method thereof are provided to manipulate and check relations between tags while watching a graph by expressing correlations between tag words. CONSTITUTION: A tag graph storage unit(160) stores a tag graph including a tag node with a tag word, a tag node including files and correlations, and connecting lines for the files. If a file search result is not found, a tag word search unit(130) searches the tag nodes in the tag graph for a tag word related to an association word. A file search unit(120) searches files connected with the tag nodes for a desired file.
