PURPOSE: A moving object tracking camera apparatus is provided to reduce the installation quantity of camera by performing the automatic sensing and tracking of a moving object. CONSTITUTION: A sound analysis unit(131) determines a sound direction by a sound signal analysis. An image analysis unit(132) senses a moving object in image information by an image information analysis. A rotation control unit(133) controls the rotation unit(112) of a camera unit(110) so that a camera(111) faces the sound direction. The rotation control unit controls the rotation unit so that the moving object in the image information is located in the center of the image information.
