PURPOSE: A high speed integrated image generation system for 3D volume data and a 3D display method thereof are provided to perform the whole processing, excluding initial user input, in parallel through a GPU(Graphics Processing Unit) using an open CL(Computing Language), thereby generating an integrated image. CONSTITUTION: A virtual lens information calculation unit(21) calculates information of a virtual lens by using information inputted to a virtual lens information input unit(11). A virtual camera setting information calculation unit(22) calculates virtual camera setting information by using information inputted to a user requirement input unit(12) and a 3D volume image data input unit(13). An integrated image generation unit(30) allows an open CL kernel program to process pixel values of an integrated image by using calculated values and generates the integrated image in real time.
